Anyone buying the dual screen add-on with the Nova for widescreen games?

I’m tempted to add one to my order for the occasional widescreen hack but I’m seeing some mixed reviews. I guess I’m looking for someone to convince me not to.

Backup Save State for N64 Battery Change with Memories?

Anyone test this? Making a memories save on A3D for OoT, changing the battery, then reloading that save state and saving in game to send it back to the cartridge; should work right?
