Items sold very fast. Should I be concerned?
I'm a casual eBay seller. I'm don't have many eBay sales, maybe a dozen. Yesterday I listed a broken smartphone (Samsung Z Flip 5) because I saw people posting them for upwards of $150 and figured I could get a few $. I listed for the eBay recommended price of $61 and included free shipping. It sold almost immediately after I posted the listing, like within a minute, and a transaction hold was placed on the purchase for "suspicious activity."

I'm wondering if this is some kind of scam from the buyer? It just raised some red flags for me. But they haven't contacted me to offer gift cards or any of the more common scams. Maybe it's just coincidence that it sold so fast? I assume I'm backed by eBay if I print the label and drop it in the mail and then the buyer tries something shady.

For those of you with more experience, is there something I should be concerned with or look out for with this sale? Or just carry on normally and I'm being paranoid?
Edit: Thanks for the insights everyone! Obviously I wasn't using my brain and priced this way too low. Now I know not to use the eBay suggested price and do more research. You live and you learn.
I accidentally made my bird sick!
Posting in case this is something others don't know. I mean, we've had Baloo for almost 6 years, and this was news to us.
Baloo went for his annual checkup last night. Everything looked really good, except he had slightly elevated gram-negative bacteria in his beak/throat swab. The vet explained that this could be due to stress (we just moved to a new house in a new state) or bacteria from our own mouths. My husband and I looked at each other sort of shocked. We often give Baloo kisses on the beak, or bite off small bits of food to share with him. Turns out we've also been sharing bacteria! I mean, it makes sense, but we had never really stopped to think about it. We certainly will stop those behaviors now. Baloo is fine! No symptoms, like sneezing, vomiting, lethargy, elevated white blood cells, etc, so his little immune system is doing its job. But I can imagine how that could get worse over time or develop into a big problem if he were to pick up any other illness. We have a probiotic to add to his chop for a few weeks. And no more beak kisses!
I just moved in, so I have an entire household's worth of boxes, bubble wrap, and packing paper. If anyone needs some moving supplies, I'm happy to meet up at MSU. If anyone knows of places that may need donations of packing supplies, please let me know. Thanks!
