Which one to go for?

Blinkit is running a ₹700 off offer (Shin Sprint) on earbuds and I'm torn between a few options (attached image with the prices)

UPDATE: Blue Star AC Issue Resolved – Service Restored & 5-Year Warranty Confirmed

Link to previous post.

https://www.reddit.com/r/LegalAdviceIndia/s/qHNs4b7zrm

Day before yesterday I posted about my frustrating experience after my newly purchased Blue Star AC stopped working within days of installation.

Timeline:

• Ordered via Flipkart on 9 May

• Delivered on 11 May

• Installed on 13 May

• AC stopped working on 24 May

Initially, the experience was extremely frustrating. Multiple complaints were raised, some were closed without resolution, and there was confusion regarding service support and warranty details.

After continuous follow-up through emails, customer support, escalation channels and documentation, the matter was finally escalated to Blue Star's senior team.

Update:

• Service centre engineer visited and inspected the AC.

• The AC is currently working properly.

• Registration and warranty-related discrepancies were reviewed.

• The 5-year warranty issue has been resolved and confirmed.

• I received a call from the Senior Escalation Team.

• During the call, I was informed that if I was not satisfied and wanted a replacement, the product could be replaced as well.

To Blue Star's credit, once the matter reached the senior escalation team, things moved much faster and communication became significantly better.

A lesson I learned from this experience:

Keep every document, invoice, complaint number, screenshot and email. Written communication is far more effective than repeated phone calls.

Thank you to everyone who offered advice and guidance on my previous post. Hopefully this update helps others facing similar issues.

Issue resolved.

Blue Star AC died within 11 days. Flipkart, Jeeves and Blue Star are all refusing responsibility.

Need advice from people who have dealt with similar consumer issues.

Timeline:

Ordered Blue Star 1.5 Ton Split Inverter AC from Flipkart on 9 May

Delivered on 11 May

Installed on 13 May by Jeeves (installation partner assigned through Flipkart)

AC stopped working on 24 May

Since then I have been stuck in a three-way blame game.

Flipkart says contact Blue Star because the product is under manufacturer warranty.

Blue Star representatives verbally told me that warranty may not apply because the AC was installed by a third party (Jeeves).

When I asked Blue Star to give this warranty denial in writing and provide the relevant warranty clause, they refused and would not send any written denial.

Jeeves is not taking responsibility either.

Blue Star keeps replying with generic emails saying "your request has been forwarded to the concerned department". No job sheet, no inspection report, no written decision, no repair.

Flipkart is now asking me to provide proof of denial from Blue Star, but Blue Star refuses to provide any denial in writing.

So currently:

AC failed within days of installation

No repair

No replacement

No written warranty decision

Everyone is passing responsibility to someone else

I have preserved emails, screenshots, complaint numbers and call records.

Has anyone dealt with a similar situation involving Flipkart, Jeeves or Blue Star? Would Consumer Helpline and eDaakhil be the next step?

Any advice would be appreciated.
