Looking for everyones opinions on the quality of new houses built in Barrie.

Are they good or cheapily made? Any builders to avoid or good builders we can trust?

Good areas with good new houses?

I live in the area in a very old home and looking to move to a newer one!

Any comment/opinion is appreciated :)

I am desperate at this point.

We had water in our basement. Had the main water of the house shut for about a week. Basement was dried, cleaned, drain flies started showing up. We thought it made sense since drains havent been used for 2 weeks. Cleanup drains, put products. More and more are showing up.

We isolated the source to one room in the basement.

Closed the drains, they keep showing up. LOTS OF THEM. Need ideas, HELP!
