When I’m dashing every 2 to 3 dashes I make my dash will randomly end and I’ll need to restart. Why does this keep happening?

I’ve been training consistently for 5 years and am a certified personal trainer. Over the past 2 years, I’ve lost more than 80 lbs while building muscle and gaining firsthand experience with nutrition, training, and body composition. I have extensive knowledge of weightlifting, fat loss, muscle growth, and peptides, and I’m happy to answer questions or help with goals like weight loss, weight gain, strength, muscle building, and overall fitness.
