Advice on 3 day fasting?

Hey everyone, some might know but I recently finished my first 22 day fast . This is the longest fast I’ve ever completed . I messed up my refeed with too many refined carbs sadly , felt awful physically and mentally and decided to restart my fast 3 days ago to get rid of the water bloat . I feel good again , but I’m wondering if I should continue 3 day fasts every week to help with my insulin resistance or if I should just go back to the standard 500 calorie deficit? My BMI is currently 23.8 and 22.2% body fat . ( I’m a 5’1 female) and about 7kg away from my goal weight .

Help. How are you guys relieving upper abdominal bloat/ inflammation?

I did a long fast . Severely screwed up my refeed phase . I knew everything I was supposed to do , stocked up on gentle foods to ease myself back into it , but the pms cravings got the best of my and I had carbs . I’ve feel extremely uncomfortable for days and not sure what to do now. Laxatives are not working. Please don’t yell at me I’ve beaten myself up about it enough 🫣🥺

Ohh boy . Feeling super irritable and tired this morning . Determined to get to May 2nd , possibly May 10th. Starting weight 63.5kg - current weight 58.4kg .. it’s been pretty slow progress and I’m trying my best to at least hit 55kg before breaking my fast .
