Advice on 3 day fasting?
Hey everyone, some might know but I recently finished my first 22 day fast . This is the longest fast I’ve ever completed . I messed up my refeed with too many refined carbs sadly , felt awful physically and mentally and decided to restart my fast 3 days ago to get rid of the water bloat . I feel good again , but I’m wondering if I should continue 3 day fasts every week to help with my insulin resistance or if I should just go back to the standard 500 calorie deficit? My BMI is currently 23.8 and 22.2% body fat . ( I’m a 5’1 female) and about 7kg away from my goal weight .
