[misc] Using free will for skincare hacks?

Red-light already seems wild to me but since I live in a studio I realize I can do some wild stuff with free will.

Firstly I'm realizing humidity is really important, so can I just crank up a humidifier if I don't mind adapting to the humidity? What limit should I set to humidity?

Also, when in my own room I kind of prefer being mostly naked, would this help keep my skin moisture healthy also when paired with the humidifier?

Maintaining facial structure?

While I find the idea of staying 'neoteny' forever kind of gross, I do realize my facial structure is aging way faster than my skin itself.

It seems bone and fat distribution is really really difficult to slow the process even a bit. Do I just have to accept my skin will look way younger than everything else and I'll look like I've had heavy work done when I'm older?

So I only just realized throughout my year we were supposed to tick off 3 "CPD development activities" for our final year project, this wasn't exactly made clear.

Only just learning what it even means, are there any things I can excuse as or shoehorn in as CPD activities that I've developed with?

I'm guessing it is probably that Max is more able to drive the current spec of Red Bull but Hajar says he doesn't know why he's suddenly 1 second down.

This is unlike other Red Bull second drivers who seemed to be able to explain their struggles, Tsunoda describing how you needed to drive to access the downforce and albon talking about the extremely high "sensitivity" of the cars inputs.

Edit: I know Tsunoda was 8 tenths off last year until he got the same spec and was 3 tenths off. (Crashed in Imola and stayed behind on spec.)
