Getting back into guitars after a decade

A friend let me borrow his Special II then offered to sell it to me for $50. Doing my best to rehab it. Loving playing guitar now that my frontal lobe is developed and im actually learning it instead of just playing tabs and remembering them.

I applied to be a trim carpenter at this big shot builder its vertically integrated, they do EVERYTHING. They saw my resume and thought I would make a good estimator. I've barley even heard of this position before, but it sounds literally right up my alley. I have thousands of hours behind a computer playing video games/browsing the web from age 9-29 basically i've spent a few hours on the computer daily. I also started framing houses around 19, and got into finish carpentry later on. I did carpentry on and off through-out the years. They use PrebuiltML software which I would have to learn extensively. I am basically asking am I going to be OK? I'm pretty excited at the potential new job. They seem to really like me as a candidate. The hybrid part is like; if we have a ton of estimates this part of the year you'll be estimating, if those fall off you'll be trimming, so i'm never stagnate. I think it could be the start of a really good career. Anyone have some good tips? I have been researching on this sub a lot and watching youtube on PrebuiltML.
