I love Fred! Shame they're criminally underrated. But the best stuff never gets the love it deserves. The 22kt gold plating, platinum nautical ropes, and the Zeiss mineral glass lenses all come together beautifully on the delicate frame. I've had a lot of aviators over the years but few can compare to the majesty of Fred.

the St Moritz 401 was the second frame I ever purchased. Grabbed them on a whim while browsing an old vintage shop back in 08. It was love at first wear. I yapped about how amazing they were (The floating lenses, sun detail on the bridge, & mineral glasses lenses are sick), inadvertently took them from a $200 frame to $2000, and then I sold em because I was a broke stupid 20 something lol.
Then I got them back on my 24th birthday (that was 12 years ago) and I'm never letting them go again. They're the crown jewel in my collection.
Aviators are a must for big head boys like me. And few did it as good as Zollitsch. An unsung hero from back in the day I adore their frames. The colossal gold plated frame, nautical knots/ropes through out, and my own custom tint make them PERFECT!
I've had these for so long but I get compliments on them every time I wear it still feels like the first day i got them.
Dunhill are my "cool dad" frames. Mature but with a bit of flash. The 6043s shape is perfect. Big enough to let the gradient lenses shine. And the buffalo horn on the bridge and the temples is a fun adornment that makes them stand out.
I'm a Cazal junkie, to the point I named my son Cazal (shout out to my wife). Every pair is special to me but the deluxe 858 is at the top of my list for all time faves.
The 858 on it's own is a work of art. But when you add in the lizard leather and tastefully applied Swarovski elevates perfection to the next realm. Makes me sad I sold my other pairs that was flooded with Swarovskis.
