So i ordered my groceries for the week from Amazon, and after waiting for delivery between 11-2pm, at 2, they texted saying my order was canceled. So I got ahold of customer service, and they told me I'd be refunded immediately and they'd reorder it for no charge.. I didn't ask for this they offered it. They said it'd be here between 5-10pm but they never ordered it, so i got back to them, and the supervisor said the agent lied, and they could only refund, no groceries and it will take 7-10 days for the refund. I'm paycheck to paycheck. i dont have an extra $70 for food this week. So now I have to figure something out just so I can eat this week or not eat at all because of Amazons f up. The supervisor, who told me two different names, was literally laughing at me when I was saying I wasn't going to be able to eat. Disgusting behavior
