Teenager gaining weight :(
I’ve been trying to gain weight for a long time, as someone with skinny genetic and a woman(18yo) and 1.60cm . it’s been real hard for me, it’s been making me insecure, I’m currently at my highest record 46.7kg,I used to be 45 for a long time, but I’ve been doing my protein milkshakes with crazy stuff, I think that if I keep going it’s going to help me, but I don’t want to live off milkshakes.
I’ve been doing weights for like a year , ofc I’m not a pro but I do think I see some progress in my glutes. And I see myself stronger which I’m proud.
What are some crazy gaining hacks that are cheap and easy to find in Mexico, avoid chicken and peanut butter pls jaja
