Hello, Just a big pokemon fan but was not actively following from Gen 6 onwards. I started to get back on, ( watching some of the newer episodes, and playing the new games) and then I remembered about Kyurem and how cool it looked. I was just curious, where do you guys think Kyurem lands in comprarison of strength of legendaries and mythical pokemon upto the current generation?

I Heard a bit about the Original Dragon and wanted to hear the perspective of people in this subreddit, as in, how it compares now in terms of power to the other other legends upto the current generation and if theres any news or update of the original dragon showing up in any future pokemon games.

Hello, I am a international undergrad studying at McGill right now and I wanted to apply for biomedical ( pharmacology, microbiology, parasitology) related masters thesis program within canada, as I have realised how I love doing research. I have good research experiences, multiple labs and will be a co-author on a paper in one of the labs I am in right now so far as a undergrad. I have a semester remaining, and I will graduate in fall 2026. However my GPA has been terrible, I had to work part time as i did not have sufficient funding, my family had a big financial crisis and I suffered from depression, and had to seek counselling. I took a CS minor in midst of this to boost my skillset, but it caused this downfall of grades. Currently I am in a 2.82 cGPA, However, before my previous semester I dropped the CS minor and switched to Biotech minor instead. my previous semester gpa was around 3.62. with mostly A- next semester I am projected to finish somewhere between 2.9-2.95. I have talked to a supervisor in my lab and he seemed interested but he said he cannot give me a confirmation, but he will try. I know this is probably not the right place to ask but, I was hoping if anyone could suggest me a few programs within canada that are more supervisor or PI driven instead of mostly committee driven. Apart from this, any advice is helpful.

Hello, I am a McGill university undergraduate student (international) , and I wanted to apply for the thesis based masters at dal at the department of pharmacology and at department of pathology, for next year and I would say I have good lab experiences ( research projects, Lab undergrad volunteering positions) however my gpa is low. ( I around 2.9ish) out of 4 with an upward trend (my last semester gpa is 3.86 out of 4 and I still have a semester remaining) and I am searching for supervisors to reach out to and find funding. I was wondering if the gpa requirement is strict and what I should do to increase my chances
