COLOPLAST!!!

Holy cow!!! I cannot find the post of the person who recommended coloplast triad hydrophilic wound dressing but it’s AMAZING!!!!! I’ve got twins who are on the same formula, pretty much same schedule etc and one of them got a rash. I bought every rash cream they sell in target and after a week it still hadn’t really improved so I took her to the dr got an anti fungal ointment. She said use it for a week and it should clear up.

It did not clear up. Sooo I started searching Reddit and tik tok like my life depended on it. Seeing what worked for others etc. immediately I hit the health food store and made a little concoction of

Coconut oil
Vitamin e oil
Olive oil

The diapering routine went like this:

Rinse her in the sink with warm water. ( at my shop there’s no hot water just cold so I’d warm water up in the microwave and put it in the peri bottle they give you at the hospital 😂)

Pat her a little dry with a cloth

Use a cotton round to apply the oil mixture

Apply coloplast cream (yes it sticks even with the oils)

Close up the diaper and wait til the next change.

If the next one was a poop diaper I would use the cotton round and oil to kinda loosen everything up off her skin then go rinse.

She had blistered patches all over her butt, the skin was constantly raw, bleeding a little bit, yellow liquid on the surface of the patches of raw skin. It was like every time she owed or pooped it was burning her and I felt TERRIBLE for her. I did all the things and took all the steps and nothing worked til now. It’s been 2 days and it’s about 90% cleared up.

Kids at hula?

What age did you take your kid to hula and what was the experience like? If you’ve taken them multiple times what age would you say is best ? I want to go next year, my twins will be 1 year 7 months old. I feel like it’s kinda crazy but also 100% possible ?!! Also I am aware that bringing a kid to requires plans to be child centered :) if anyone here took their kids, and/or 1.5 year old please share how it went and tips/tricks if you’ve got em :)

TIA!

Tightening creams?

Has anyone tried the “ tightening” creams and used them consistently? I got the Maelys and go pure gifted to me and have been using them but idk if I will repurchase. Has anyone actually seen results? And if so how long did you use them for/ehat else did you do to help? I’ve been back in the gym since I was 2 weeks PP and I am currently 4.5 weeks PP. I had twins and was carrying 12 lbs of just baby. My stretch marks aren’t bad but there is a bit of loose skin
