Normal T with relatively low Free T. High SHBG

Consistently had higher normal testosterone and lower normal free testosterone with high SHBG. Have a lot of low symptoms without much success in being listened to by doctors.

Trialled low dose AI monotherapy a couple of years ago which lowered estradiol and SHBG on paper but didn’t feel any different in terms of symptoms so came off.

Recent test shows SHBG even higher and free test lower. Stuck on what to do next and any advice welcomed. I am healthy, have stopped drinking, weight train 4 times a week. My gf has recently had a baby which could explain some symptoms on its own but these started way before that.

Anyone taken salofalk granules and found they cause severe constipation? I am recently diagnosed and have been using suppositories to good effect. Saw a gastroenterologist who prescribe me the granules. First day taking them I was in the worst pain imaginable with severe constipation. Scared to take again and not sure if this is a known side effect?
