My wife and I are binging the show for the first time, and during Season 2 my favorite character was Andie McPhee. She had a brilliant character arc >!with Pacey where she helped him grow up and he helped her battle mental illness!<. Now in Season 3, she does all these horrible things out of the blue that are completely out of character for her. Was all this necessary to >!get Pacey and Joey together?!<I mean they didn't turn Dawson into a troll, though he makes some odd choices as well, >!particularly with Eve.!<

We know Black Velvet is the best at absorbing light, but I've found at least a couple of go-to fabric choices in the past seem to no longer be available.

I am trying to expand the black out of my home theater at least another 4 feet out from the screen. I used Protostar Flocking under black Armstrong Acoustic Tile and Black Velvet ribbon for the crosshatches in my drop ceiling which is about 8 1/2 feet high. This works great for the panels over the front row which are now incredibly black.

Unfortunately, the guy behind Protostar retired and there is no exact product like what I started with. I also noticed it hard to find Fidelio velvet and the velvet from Joanne's Fabrics now that that is out of business.

I would just jump on Sy Fabrics Triple Velvet Black but it only comes in 45" wide fabric and my tiles that need covering are 24 inches by 48 inches. There also is no stretch according to Sy's website.

What would be the best way to extend the darkening back. I have dark velvet curtains made with the Joanne's fabric before she closed on either side and that helps the side view. I have a black rug on the floor and have covered the tops of my speakers that stick out in Jewelry Drawer Adhesive velvet.
