Garmin or Apple Watch

Hi all, trying to decide if investing in a Garmin is worth it for me.

Background: I am a college athlete who plays beach volleyball. Currently, I own two Apple Watches. One I wear to sleep and class, and one to practice. My Apple Watch battery can’t stay alive for practice, class, and sleep, and tracking my sleep is important, thus I have two.

I mainly use my watches to track my health, like heart rate, sleep, intensity of workouts, steps, etc. I like getting text notifications, but I don’t respond on my watch. I don’t really use my watch for anything else besides health tracking, time, and alarms.

In addition, my Apple Watch can connect to my Spotify so I can pause or play music on a speaker directly from my watch. Not a dealbreaker, but a really nice feature.

My biggest concerns with Garmin are a smooth integration into my life and on my phone, and feeling like I’m getting enough health data to make the lack of app integration worth it.

Thoughts? I appreciate any and all advice.

Stain on handmade shirt

Hi all, I have literally zero clue what this stain is, looks like ink? The fabric is pretty delicate and it’s handmade. Any suggestions how to get it off?? TIA I just rinsed it which is why it looks so sheer and the middle is also yellowing a bit. But I love this shirt!

Guilty about my past; not sure how to let go despite changing tremendously

Hi all I’m coming here because of some serious shame I have. When I (21F) was 18-19 I went through a really hard time and turned to sexual relationships to help. I didn’t know if at the time but I was bipolar and experiencing impulses. In my past, I was never sexually motivated and was so cautious and reserved. However, I just started making bad decisions and I didn’t know why. Long story short, I racked up about 17 bodies. I had a mental breakdown right before my 20th birthday. I hated myself. That’s when I was diagnosed. It wasn’t just the sexual things but money, drinking, other risky behaviors that I have never had desires to engage in before. I got put on meds. Since then, I haven’t had sex (almost 2 years) and have the other things fixed. I feel like myself again. I’ve dated but wanted to wait for sex like I always have. However, I have so much guilt from my past. I know this sounds like such a cop out, but it wasn’t me. As soon as I was medicated, it all stop. I hated myself for it. Now I’m terrified I will never find a partner. I hate when people ask my body count. I know it shouldn’t matter this much, but I’m so incredibly ashamed and saying that I wasn’t myself is literally what anyone says. Idk what to do. It’s better now and I don’t think about it as much. But I feel like I can’t have sex again until marriage even in a healthy relationship. I ruin most things and I think it comes down to not truly loving myself. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to truly end this guilt. Maybe when I’m 80 lol. Many of my friends assure me it’s not big deal and they have more bodies than me. However, it’s a big deal to me because before I showed symptoms I would never have done these things. I hated myself when I would. I couldn’t understand what was wrong with me. I know I’m not fully blameless, but it truly felt like I didn’t have control. My mental break down almost lost me everything. I’m in a great place mentally now. As I’ve said I’ve been medicated since and literally the impulsive behavior disappeared. I just feel so dirty and used. Sorry for the long rant not sure what I even want here. Thanks for reading if you’ve made it this far. I’d take any advice. I can’t tell people in my life. My friends now would be absolutely shocked. And I mean it. They’ve watched me end multiple potential relationships bc my partner has wanted sex before I was comfortable. I’d probably have to convince them.
