I was wondering if anyone knew of anywhere in the UK that does filler dissolving with a ultrasound machine?
I’m struggling to fully dissolve my old filler and realistically at this point, the practitioner having the help of the ultrasound machine will make it 100x easier.
Ideally south wales however I’m willing to travel for this!

I wanted opinions on fat grafts.
I’m having a rhinoplasty and i don’t get on well with facial fillers and was considering a fat graft considering I’ll be in surgery anyway!
I wanted to fill small smile lines and undereyes and possibly cheeks.
I never see anything bad about this but it also surprises me that if it’s a better option than filler, why celebrities do filler instead (if this makes sense).
Anyways sorry for rambling but I wanted to see if this would be a good/ better option!
I’m 22 for reference if it’s relevant!
