Subacute Thyroiditis: How long did your hypo phase last?

Hi. For those of you who were diagnosed with subacute thyroiditis, how long did you stay in the hypothyroid phase?
I thought I was done with the thyroid issues, but I’ve just entered it.
I had 8 weeks of hyperthyroidism, then my thyroid levels returned to normal. Now I’ve become hypothyroid. I was hoping I’d permanently recovered and would be among the percentage of people who don’t go through this stage.
Also, if you’re an athlete or work out regularly and use a wearable, did you notice your HRV worsen or improve during this time?

HRV Increase Over 4 Weeks

Sharp increase in 4 weeks.

I increased my training frequency from 2x to 5x per week and started a new training program at the gym.

My thyroid levels also recently normalized after being in hyperthyroid levels (subacute thyroiditis) for around 8 weeks.

Also started supplementing 100 mg coq10 2 weeks ago, but that might not have anything to do with it?

Feeling much better, so hopefully this isn’t bad. My baseline was 45 before I got sick. It dropped to high 20s low 30s for the duration of the hyperthyroid stage of the disease and slowly started normalizing, but then surpassed my old baseline.

Miro Laser Peel in Van/Burnaby/Richmond/Surrey

Has anyone done a micro laser peel in the greater Vancouver area by a board certified dermatologist? Either the Sciton MicroLaserPeel or similar (Fotona Er:YAG, etc.). I've done some research and everything I've found is done by other professionals - not dermatologists.
