Does anyone have any cheese recs that taste similar to this?

I LOVE Aldi’s Emporium Selection Balsamic Onion cheese. The texture, the flavor, it’s all just perfect. The only problem is I can never find it. Once or maybe twice a year I’ll find a block at Aldi and the rest of the time it’s sold out. I’m not super into cheeses (I like cheese and stuff but if you ask me to name the notes and such you’ll get a blank stare), but I’m def willing to branch out a little.

Help getting my cat to sleep through the night please!!

I have a ~5 year old American short hair and I cannot get her to sleep through the night. I’ve tried feeding her right before I go to bed, playing with her until she’s tired before bed, leaving toys out, NOT leaving toys out, etc. I’ve used pheromone sprays and she eats wet food before bed. I live with others so she stays in my room at night. She doesn’t meow or anything but she AGGRESSIVELY headbutts/rubs her nose on my nose to the point it hurts and I can’t ignore it(I don’t know how it’s not hurting her). If I hide my face under a pillow, she bites at my arms. Any advice on things to try? Different foods? Ways to tire her out?

I love her to death but dear lord she’s driving me nuts.
