Letrozole hope

1st round of letrozole (2.5 mg/unmonitored) and it seems to be doing its thing🥹 never had estrogen rise for consecutive days prior to ovulation attempt, and never had OPKs come out so dark! Hoping to see my first pdg rise soon🤞🏼

Inito test was at 7:30 AM, OPK strip at 1:30 PM!

1st Letrozole Cycle

1st cycle of 2.5 mg Letrozole CD3-7, looking for other charts. I read the LH surge I had was most likely not true, just effected levels from the medication. So now I’m just waiting to see my E3G start to rise for follicle development and a true surge, hopefully, and the waiting game is already making me lose my mind.

All chart, success stories, any ounce of info is so welcomed! DISTRACT ME😭

Letrozole- LH?

I took my last dose of Letrozole last night, and woke up to this? I read you can get false positives on strips while taking it so…not sure what to think. To me it’s too early to be real? But what do I know

3rd dose Letrozole 2.5 mg

I’m on my first cycle of Letrozole 2.5 mg, and started the night of CD3. CD 4 is where Letrozole is starts being reflected in my system on the chart (pills at night vs. first morning urine)

Does my chart look normal for the medication? Thanks in advance!✨🥚

Letrozole/ LH Rise?

I took my first letrozole dose last night on CD3, I woke up to an upward LH and E3G? Is this concerning?

I know I only took one dose so far, but I thought Letrozole suppresses E3G and increases FSH so now I’m just confused?

21 day cycle

I had 135 day cycle, then today I wake up on CD22 (now CD1) with my period. I feel like it’s a good sign maybe for regulation? But not sure thoughts?

Disheartened

All the supplements, all the habitual changes, diet, research, etc., has me feeling like I’ve wasted my time. I know I’m just throwing a “tantrum” today but, I’m just not even excited to take my tests anymore. I just want to poke my body with a stick and ask it to do something. Everything has been plateaud the past week. Still too soon to rule this cycle as anovulatory so I will continue, just severely annoyed.

Delayed or Stalled?

I know late ovulation is super common for PMOS girlies, but what concerns me more is the lack of change at all day-to-day the last few days? I feel like I should be atleast be seeing waves and dips…not just plateau, am I wrong?

Lean PCOS

Looking for some insight from others who are in the Lean PCOS boat.

After a 134 day cycle, I ovulated in May (multiple unsuccessful attempts prior) and got my period. I’m now on CD17.

I started taking Inositols (4k mg), other supplements (including Magnesium Glycinate and CoQ10, prenatal), and changing my diet (Whole Foods, low caffeine, low sugar, no alcohol) about 12 weeks ago so per my research I’m approaching the timeline when you can start expecting some regulatory effects.

Good news is I got prescribed 2.5 mg of Letrozole🎉 Bad news is I need to start taking as prescribed on CD3 which has already passed for this cycle and of course because of my PCOS I’m not sure if this cycle will run longer or not. I’m having good signs of ovulation maybe happening soon (slightly increased sex drive, some mucus, skin is glowing, and energy is going up). I don’t want to run off and get prescribed a withdrawal medication to induce if I have chance of doing it naturally. Trying to stay calm. My plan as of now is to wait until maybe CD35-40 until I make that call.

Thoughts or experiences?

CD13🤞🏼

After a 134 day cycle ending in May, over 2 months of Myo + D-Chiro Inositol, CoQ10, (many others), and getting my nutrition back: I am pulling out all the stops on the hope that I am on the cusp of a more textbook ovulation this cycle🤞🏼

As of today, adding seed cycling (pumpkin and golden flax), baby aspirin, mucinex, and pre-seed lube. Progesterone cream on order to come in tomorrow. Wish me luck!✨👶🏻

looking for shared experiences

Hi! Going into this, I am hoping to finally get some thorough testing done and get the ball rolling before the end of June.

However, I’m just curious if there’s anyone out there with a similar situation/charts/experience. All is welcomed.

I am, as of today (🎂), 29F with a 31M husband. I’ve always had irregular periods, and confirmed to have PCOS/PMOS (Lean). I am about 5’ 6” and 125 lbs.

History:

  1. I took birth control for a short time while going through a cycle of Accutane over 12 years ago. While on birth control, I gained 20+ pounds within 2 months. I tried other forms throughout college and always had a bad reaction.

  2. Thorough bloodwork done back in September and the only out of range result was my AMH which was 26, and the doctor reconfirmed my PMOS diagnosis.

  3. I had appendicitis and almost didn’t make it because the hospital had sent me home with it already bursted, which resulted in sepsis and laparoscopic surgery. (I recently read this can basically poison your organs, and laparoscopic surgery can possible damage your tubes)

  4. I worked a very stressful job for 8 years where I was traveling, drinking heavily, hardly eating or sleeping. My hair wasn’t growing. I had bad back acne. All of that fantastic stuff. Back in January, my husband and I decided it’s time to focus on this chapter and we’re making it work with me being a stay at home wife.

I had a heavy period my last week of working, approximately January 16th-18th timeline, quitting work on the 20th. Since the big change, I have stopped drinking, hardly drink any caffeine, and I’m prioritizing Whole Foods that encourage women’s health overall.

On top of that, back at the beginning of April I have been taking 40:1 Myo/D-Chiro Inositol (4000 mg), and 300 mg of CoQ10/Ubiquinol, and April 23rd I added a blended supplement of 120 mg Magnesium, 50 mg Vitamin B6, 30 mg of Zinc. This week I also added a basic women’s prenatal which has a low dose of a little bit of everything from Vitamin A, to Folic, Niacin and Choline. My back acne is now gone, my body hair is thinning, and my hair is finally growing!

I was taking 1600 mg of red Maca root but recently stopped as someone said it could hurt more than help.

Below are my charts and I’m so bamboozled. I had a lot of activity around the time of my period in January and shortly thereafter, but then I didn’t get a period again until the end of May (it was a 134 day cycle). Which, I’ve gone without before and usually snapped back afterwards. But now I am on CD12 and just so worried about having another lengthy cycle.

I have a million theories that I plan on bringing up to an actual doctor once I can get into one, but I’m just curious if anyone has had anything similar happen. Part of me feels that maybe my body is in shock that for once I’m breathing slower and getting my health back on track and I’m understimulated?

I put my charts down below for reference of January, Feb/March where there was like no activity, and May where things picked up, and on to today. I never had a labeled peak day on May, but did have confirmed PDG rise so concerned on if I actually ovulated.

If you took the time to read this, thank you!❤️

Anything look off?

nothing is happening “textbook” - not really sure what to think. There’s activity, but not patterns and now no period

Activity, no pattern

This pattern is so not text book I’m not sure how to consider it.

Not sure?

I’m just not sure what’s going on. I have PCOS, and I haven’t had a period since around January 20th. At the end of March, after taking tests throughout Feb and March and seeing low activity across the board, I started taking my supplement stack religiously (pictured) paired with low alcohol, low caffeine, low-glycemic & whole food diet. Lots of focus on reversing my PMOS symptoms and getting my cortisol down.

That being said, it’s been so great to see all of this activity just after about 1.5 months of these changes. However, I have no idea what any of this means. It seems like I research my results everyday and since I’m not following a pattern I’m just caught waiting for the next day and the next day, waiting for a textbook pattern to appear. I’d be happy with just a period at this point.

I’m starting to get frustrated, and I know that’s the last thing that will help with conception. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Also, me and my husband BD at least every other day.

xoxo,
your local childless mother
