How does this person at my job feel about me?

I read it as positive, but i would like some clarification.

Won an auction. They refunded me a day later saying that the item was already sold???

I won an auction for an item, payed the same day. 5 days later i decided to check the tracking and noticed that 24 hours after paying they said the item was already sold so they refunded me. Whats going on with shop goodwill?
