I was taking Perelel but a friend recommended this. I got the male bundle for my husband a few weeks back but I was thinking about switching over myself. Any thoughts on either of these brands ?

So I have already come to terms with being out this cycle since I have all my PMS symptoms and my cramps kind of suck right now, that and I just have a general feeling but here's my full chart for this month. (June 7th - July 4th) My FSH and LH were weird for me and my PDG was slow rising this month, could it be due to all the cold and flu medicine I was taking? (Tylenol Cold + Flu Severe) I was sick before and during ovulation. Just curious, though it could just be normal cycle variation, or because I'm 37
