Hello! Today I bought a 16 digit code voucher/prepaid paysafecard and I keep getting this message. I tried to contact that 24/7 assistance but even that doesn't work. It says something went wrong. I was thinking maybe the server is down but I'm not sure.

I'm an 18-year-old student from Romania who's hoping to visit Prague for about a week sometime in late August or September (the exact dates aren't decided yet). I'm posting a bit early because I'd like to see if there might be someone willing to help me out with accommodation if everything goes according to plan.
I'm a pretty chill and energetic person. I'm a bit shy at first, but once I get to know someone, I can talk for hours. 😊 Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to pay for my stay, but I'd be more than happy to help with cleaning, household chores, or even cook a few simple meals as a way of saying thank you. Also, if it's matter of groceries I'm willing to buy my own to not cause any trouble.
To be honest, I'm a little nervous about making this post, but I really hope there are kind people out there who might understand my situation. Visiting Prague has been on my bucket list for a long time, and it would mean so much to finally experience it. My parents are understandably worried about me traveling alone, so I'd feel much safer staying with another girl. If possible, I'd really appreciate sharing an apartment or house with a female host.
I speak English, Romanian, and Hungarian fluently. It would be amazing if I could find someone who also speaks Hungarian,whether you're from Hungary or another Hungarian speaking community and now live in the Czech Republic for university or work. Having that in common would definitely make me feel more comfortable, especially since this would be my first solo trip abroad.
I'm not asking for much..just a safe place to stay for a few days while I explore the city. If you think you might be able to help, or if you have any advice or suggestions, I'd be incredibly grateful if you could leave a comment or send me a message.
