psychology bachelor in eng

hi is my last year in high school and I am trying to set a list of my universities.

my top choices are universities in the Netherlands especially Groningen university, Amsterdam university or Utrecht university but I’m currently on a search for more.

this is May I completed the AP psychology exam and I got 4/5.
however, I am really bad at math so for example, I’m Amsterdam requires a specific exam in math, which I don’t know if I will be able to pass.

I come from the Czech Republic so I will also put few applications in my homeland however I am open to anywhere in Europe where the psychology bachelor is in english with solid quality of education.

break free from diet mindset?

let me introduce you my situation.
I am 18 years old, female, 161 cm, ~53kg
For the past year my mindset was: diet, calorie deficit daily, low food intake
but… after experiencing ED, i gained the weight back and now struggling with >!body dysmorphia!<…
this whole summer I still wanted to diet, lose weight so I was under some sort of stress, subconsciously counting calories, trying to have some control over daily intake but overate later… i am truly tired.

So… how do I break from the diet mindset at least until the end of august??
from september, I have school, studying, rutine set in, daily movement.. I am ready to focus on my health again.
But now?
During summer with so many occasions, activities, food, alcohol and food, I don’t think it’s in my power to be in a deficit.
Yet, I despite my current body… honestly.. but the thought of maintaining this current body I can’t function with and look at, it is soooooo hard to.. enjoy myself right now.
So… any advice on how to let myself a bit free?

PS: I know everyone will comment I don’t need to lose weight and I am aware but I loved myself being smaller the most (still healthy tho).
