What’s the story with this abandoned building on 12th Ave?
If you look down from Riverside you can see that the street collapsed in front of one part of it. How long has it been like this? Is the whole building closed because of the collapse? What businesses used to be there? Always curious! It’s been like this since at least 2018, though they just painted over a bunch of graffiti last week.
