I glanced at my watch, saw all the numbers. I took a picture and sent it to my partner at exactly 00:00. For the last two months I have been seeing 111, 11, 1:11, 11:11 everywhere....can someone enlighten me please? What does this all mean? 🥹
This was an international priority express envelope from Canada (Newfoundland) to be sent to India (West Bengal) shipped by my friend. It just had 4 documents, and within a day it made it from Canada to Memphis. That was on the 25th of April....with no update since. There was only an "Arrival scan" in Memphis and that was it.
FedEx told me it was stuck in customs. So I called the CBP 3 times, and each time they said its not with them and it doesn't need to go through them, so FedEx has it. But FedEx customer service keeps blaming the CBP.
I called FedEx Logistics multiple times: all with conflicting answers- "stuck in clearance", "stuck in transit", "waiting for the airplane". Half the managers admit my package doesn't need customs in the USA, but it needs to go through customs in India.
The case manager never responded for an entire week, and I've had to call Customer Support everyday and ask for managers who try and bug Memphis but to no avail.
I'm at my wit's end here. I'm losing my mind because these documents are irretrievable and were EXTREMELY time sensitive. I've had two support tickets, contacted Customer Service multiple times, and received no updates so far. Please advise.
