M/34/5'7" [180lbs to 162lbs] (2 years) Body dysphoria sucks
First pic is most recent (162 lbs) after a workout. Second pic is 2 years ago when I went from 180 to ~150.
I fell off of working out for awhile and went back up to ~170. About a month ago I decided to get back into it and have been staying consistent. Watch and scale have me at ~20% BF while navy method puts me at ~17%.
My goal is to be ~155 lbs with low BF (6 pack%) athletic build size
I am struggling with body dysphoria though. I keep going between I look big (in a good way) and I look just avrg. This is mostly directed at my arms.
