Bumps on Eyelids - 4YO

Bumps on Eyelids - 4YO

My 4 yo son has had these bumps on his eyelids for the longest! I would say since 2 years old. No matter what I wash his face with, these bumps stay on his lids. Both eyelids. He doesn’t complain of any itching and pain, but he does scratch them sometimes. He once scratched a bump off, it scarred and grew back. Just curious if this is normal toddler acne or something else? Thank you!

[TEXAS] Eligible on Forced Resignation?

I was forced to resign from my job of 2.5 years today. I originally had a resignation date of 7/31/26 that’s documenting in my emails, because I have a job with my local school system starting in August. Monday (6/29/26), I had a very overwhelming day with my daycare classroom and told her I would try to make it through the week without being properly supported but I don’t know if I will be able to finish after Friday (7/3/26). Well today, I was pulled into the office before clocking in and was told that since I had been having complaints about the lack of support, my resignation notice was moved to today (7/1/26). She claims she doesn’t want me to come into work being upset & gave me no other option, but to sign this with a higher up on a video meeting to back her up. They did not give me a copy of said resignation form. I have since sent an email, following up on the resignation form that I was told I HAVE to sign and asked for a copy. Am I eligible for unemployment benefits?

Finally Free! Cold Shoulder after Notice

I have since deleted some of my past posts, but I’m one step closer to being finally free from this center. I got a job within my local school district and I put my notice in yesterday, my last day isn’t until July 31st. I put my notice in early because my son attends the daycare & they want a 30 day notice for end of care. My director has been giving me the silent treatment ever since and it’s still a month left of this. I’m irritated😒 but happy to be leaving honestly. I might just leave randomly one day

Reporting Teachers

In a new class & I feel so bad about reporting my co-teachers, but I feel as if I’ve given them too many chances. Kids are constantly being pinched, hit or squeezed if they don’t listen. I reported once to my director after a student was taken into the restroom with the door closed. Nothing was done but a meeting was had with that teacher. She no longer pulls kids into the restroom but they have found other ways to do things I listed to these kids. I have a notebook with documentation and I’m supposed to turn it in on Friday. I feel bad because they were cool people but why must you put hands on kids???? I also have a Conscious Discipline trainer to come help out in the morning, hopefully something will change soon

New Job- Reference Checks

Ok let me try to make this short and sweet. I got a job offer for a local public school, contingent on background and reference checks. They are wanting me to put down my most recent supervisor for a reference check, which I’m scared to do because she is very spiteful. She’s a new director, been here maybe 4 months at the most and I’ve been here for 2.5 years. She wasn’t willing to do a verbal reference for my last job offer at the school district and I lost that offer. I’m ready for a new job because of the toxic environment and I need a schedule that aligns with my son’s school schedule. I have 3 other references already down, including my former director. What would you guys do?
