What custom buttons did you map for animal eye AF?

Hey everyone. I’ve been shooting wildlife with the R5 for a few months now, and while the animal eye tracking is incredible, I keep missing the shot when a bird suddenly flies out of the brush and the camera locks onto a branch instead. Right now, I have standard AF on the shutter and eye-tracking mapped to the AF-ON button, but juggling them in a split second feels clunky.

For those of you shooting fast-moving wildlife, what is your exact button layout to instantly override or trigger eye detection?

Has anyone here actually noticed long-term anti-aging results from collagen-boosting treatments?

Everywhere I look, people are talking about treatments like microneedling and nano-infusion for boosting collagen, but most of what I've read says the improvements aren't immediate. Apparently, the fresh, glowy look happens first, while the tighter and smoother skin shows up gradually over the next few months as your skin repairs itself.

Who's kept up with these treatments long term, did you feel like your skin genuinely looked younger over time, or was the difference pretty minimal in real life?

Does anyone else use crypto gift cards specifically to avoid sharing card details online?

Odd use case, but I've been getting into crypto gift cards because I don't want to give another site access to my card info.

Every time I register at a new site, there's always that risk of a data breach where my credit card number gets dumped somewhere, along with the risk of being enrolled in automatic billing that I'll forget to cancel. With gift cards, none of that is a risk anymore. No payment method on file, no record at another startup, it's just over.

Of course, going the crypto route further eliminates any ties back to myself and my finances, but there are sites like ACEB.com that don't need your information at all; it's a crypto transaction that generates gift card codes. The buying process, then, involves transferring from your crypto wallet to a gift card to wherever you redeem the card.

For most people, this may seem paranoid. But for those of us who've suffered card info breaches, it's hard to see anything strange about taking such precautions.

Interesting to hear if others feel the same way or if privacy-minded people are the only five left on earth who have concerns over online purchases.

How do smaller municipalities actually handle hazardous household waste collection?

Looking into how rural counties deal with things like old paint, batteries, motor oil, e-waste. The big cities have permanent drop-off sites but smaller towns seem to rely on one or two collection events a year if that

Is there a model that works well at smaller scale or is it basically just a funding problem? Would love to hear from anyone working in municipal waste management on this.
