If you hear fireworks in this area, should you report them?

I don't want to be "that neighbor", or as some might say the Karen of the neighborhood, who is constantly filing noise complaints, but I genuinely don't and fireworks are terrifying. Not to mention I have read they are banned within city limits, I know that doesn't stop people from buying them outside the city and bringing them in but I thought that could still constitute a fine. Point is, should I call the nonemergency line to report it? Thankfully it hasn't lasted terribly long when it has happened, so I haven't felt the need to yet, but in the event that it was more prolonged I wanted local input as I've only been here a couple months and frankly I'm too much a coward to call to begin with but I also want to do the right thing. Thanks!

Advice?

Genuinely only need a little, I've already exhausted Grant and Dave and my account is negative so I'm having trouble getting approved for anything else. I don't know if it's because of the fact that I'm on SSI and my income is so low, or my credit is so bad, but I'll take any suggestions I can get. Thanks.

Puppy or adult food?

I know answers can vary, so I want to hear all of it. I plan to feed Blue Buffalo Life Protection, but not the large breed specific one because it has chicken and I would rather avoid that altogether than risk a possible allergy. The regular puppy food in that formula, not large breed, has the appropriate amounts of protein, calcium and phosphorus from the research I've been doing, but I want all the input I can get.

Looking into getting a great Dane puppy in August. Any recommendations on gear that doesn't have to be replaced every three months?

I know it's the nature of the breed until they are adults, they grow like weeds. I'm already planning on getting a crate that will be big enough for him as an adult, but in terms of collars and harnesses, those are my main concerns about having to replace a million times and what to do with the smaller ones. I would rather something durable and highly adjustable that I buy once, if that's possible. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

These any good?

I've been more and more curious about edibles lately. I'm not trying it purely as a coming-of-age type thing considering I'll be 21 next month, I have genuinely been curious about them for quite a while. That being said, I don't have the nerve to walk into a dispensary and pick products out that way, but I also know that buying online has risks of it potentially being laced with something and I don't want my first experience to be my last. Has anyone ever heard of this site, or purchased from them? Are their products any good? If not, recommendations would be appreciated. It should also be noted that I cannot drive. Thanks!
