I live in Gatineau, and everything defaults to Montreal. Is there any way to change this?

Cancelled my Fizz internet on April 7, and returned my modem. They confirmed receipt of the modem by email on April 16. My last internet bill was on March 27, which I assume pays for March 27 to April 27. Should I be expecting a pro-rated refund soon?
