Bianca vibration questions

Just received a new Bianca and have a couple of questions … the machine vibrates like crazy when pulling a shot, to the point where the shot glass is dancing all over the drip tray. Even pressing down on the tray won’t completely stop it from moving around. This can’t be normal but I do not see a way to secure the tray.

Secondly, the lever to pull the shot seems loose, it does not have two clear positions, if I raise it halfway it doesn’t click in and a little water trickles out of the group head. It was not that way initially, there were three clear positions, off, half up and full on.

Lastly, having some trouble steaming, even with the 4-hole tip. This may be because my other machine is a Linea Mini which has a very powerful steam wand and will do the job in about 10 seconds but I’m having trouble getting a good vortex happening. Any tips? Recommendations for steam boiler temperature?

Vintage Heuer chrono got wet, advice?

I have a mid 1940s Heuer chrono that belonged to my dad, found it pretty beat up in a box of junk with a cheap Spiedel band on it when he passed 12 years ago. I had it restored and wear it occasionally. Stupidly, I forgot I had it on in Spain on vacation and went into a salt water pool, realized immediately and got out but it had stopped running. It was in the water for about a minute. Opened the crown and left it alone, it began running again a few hours later. A small cloud of condensation appeared above the face which went away a few hours later. Since then (2 weeks or so) it’s been running fine and keeping correct time. Should I have it repaired or just see how it goes? And if so can anyone recommend a good place to send it? No longer in touch with the person who restored it in 2014.
