How to get glasses that fit?

This might sound absurd because I have been wearing glasses my whole life. Ever since going into adulthood, I've had glasses that are often too big (consistently sliding off my face). I'm now almost 30. My head is smaller than average. When I try them on in-store, it's a huge priority for me that they don't slide off all the time, so I violently shake my head around to make sure they will be good, and the specific reason I chose some of them was because the shelf verison fit perfectly. Then when my glasses come in, after the measurements, they feel bigger. I don't know why. I've had the backs adjusted, silicone added to the arms (it gets caught in my hair), nosepads that fall off, etc. I brought it up with the store and the optometry will say there is nothing else they can do and that the frames are final sale, that they should not feel different. I'm at my wits end for spending money on something just for it to be uncomfortable.

I need to buy prescription sunglasses soon and I also need to make sure they aren't sliding off every 3 seconds when I'm driving. I want to spend money on something that will actually stay on my face.

I have one pair of glasses (out of around 5) that fit me well and I've been using those almost exclusively. Is there a way to get the measurements to be the same? Any frame of reference I can use?

Is this a clothes moth cocoon or something else?

Found these little things on the inside of my shirt right before I went to shower. Trying to ID them to figure out any necessary course of action. Up close, it looks like the shedded skin of some bug but I'm not sure what. This shirt is made of cotton, but there's conflicting information about whether those moths will eat cotton (there is probably some level of body oil on the shirt). Live in an apartment in Western Canada and recently travelled back from Japan if any of that is helpful. I'm nervous since I did bring back a piece of second hand clothing. I washed this shirt on 40 C upon arrival and air dried it. So far, no signs of any clothes damage but would like to catch early if possible.

Tokyo and Osaka: Should I change plans?

It has been a huge goal of mine for many years to go to Japan. Like over 10 yeas. I planned a trip based on (lowish) COVID levels, and when I am able to travel. I obviously will be wearing a mask everywhere, and am avoiding Kyoto due to high tourism. I'm also going to do my best to do takeout/eat outdoors.

I'm reconsidering visiting Tokyo and Osaka. A big goal of mine is vintage shopping, but I don't want COVID. I've heard some CC people recommend avoiding these cities, but I also picked them due to accessbility. I don't want to spend too much time in buses/trains, because this can make me flare, and that's why I've avoided more of the rural areas. But would it save me a lot of risk? Is there somewhere I'm unaware of that also has good shopping opportunities and isn't hours away from KIX? I initially thought of spending less time in Tokyo and spending more time in Kamakura but then I read it's also super crowded and touristy there. I love the ocean, so seaside would be a bonus.

While I'm here, I also booked seats at the front of the plane because I thought that was safer because I read somewhere that if someone is sick in front of you, that's very high risk. But some people also say the back of the plane is the safest? Why? Is this worth changing seats for?
