What does this behavior mean?
What are they doing if you see anything else than I do? To me the white female is trying to dominate the black female and then the male all horned up is trying to catch the white one and breed her as she is not really willing to breed with him.
But the females seem to be jumping and biting each other and i dont quite understand why. Is it just hormones because of breeding season? Because they are okay with each other all year until the black one starts sitting on her eggs more.
The white female is quite old now and she probably doesnt want to breed anymore, wich seems as a problem since the male is young and new into the flock and he seems to made a pair only with the black female as they are always by each others side and the female usually goes alone or with the two of them and then she just forages on her own in the garden.
Should i let them establish it themselves or should i try to separate them when i see them going crazy like this?
