Rent is on "autopay" with no way to change it

We've been in the apartment since November 2025. Everything was fine and dandy until the management company decided the online portal needed to be updated.

My boyfriend is switching banks, so we needed to update the account rent is being paid out from. Come to find out, the "updated portal" has no access to the autopay that was set up on the old portal. We can add accounts, but there's nowhere to change the autopay settings. I went to the office, even brought my laptop to show them. This was in the second week of July. Office emailed IT, who initially said they didn't find a problem. Then they said "this is a known issue.... actively working on a resolution.... expectation is for the fix to be implemented sometime this month."

End of July, reach out again asking for an update as I don't see anything on the portal. IT says "QA in progress."

It's now approaching the end of August and still no update. We could give them alternate funds (money order or check) but there's no guarantee the money won't still be taken out on autopay because it seems management doesn't have access either. This feels illegal but I don't even know who to contact because the office people here are useless.

Box of panty liners reduced by over 30%

I thought I was misremembering having larger boxes of panty liners. I also had a 96ct box at one point. The 112ct box is a random one I grabbed at Big Lots yesterday, which was $4.99. The 80ct box at $6.24 is from a year ago. The 76ct box is the current box, at $6.97.

Thought I scored a nice Wagnerware Sidney Double Skillet

Only to get it home and put it on the counter to realize the bottom of the deep pan is warped and there's a crack in the bottom.... Pretty disappointed. Not sure if I should try to still use it or not.

Asked to tip for an online art order

I ordered simple pet portraits for a couple friends for their upcoming birthdays. After I finally got through all the options (background, size, frame color, upload pet photo, name) which actually took about 10 mins including the photo upload, I get to the payment.

Put in the shipping address and coupon code (from the site itself) and at the bottom of the screen is a "Tip your artist! They really appreciate it."

Uhm what? I did all the work to put this order in, I'm paying for the product and shipping, AND YOU STILL WANT A TIP?!

You can pay extra to see the portrait before hand, pay extra for it to be moved to the front of the line. So I'm being asked to tip before I even receive the product in any capacity and I have to pay still more to see it before it's actually shipped??? Along with numerous rules for the photos and resulting portraits and no exceptions for anything whatsoever.

TF outta here.
