Me and 3 fiends are trying to play Black Desert, Me, friend 1 and friend 2 are on PS5 and friend 3 is on xbox one, I am in the UK, friend 1, 2 and 3 are all in Australia, me, Friend 1 and friend 2 are all able to play together, however friend 3 cant seem to play with us, we have tried different servers, we cant figure it out, can someone help?

Ive been doing the Co-op campaign challange with 2 friends for a few days now, we do it at daily reset everyday, but today reset happened and it keeps saying challange unavailable, does anyone know any reasons why?
