I have this scar on my arm from a dog bite over 10 years ago, it wasn’t stitched at the time as the doctor couldn’t close it so we left it to heal naturally. The skin over it is paper thin and wrinkley and when I bend my arm the tissue underneath bulges through it making it look like a lump/growth. This is a big insecurity of mine which causes me to only want to wear long sleeve shirts.
I’m wondering if there’s anything I can use to improve the appearance of it ?
I’m a 30 yo female 5’7 and 131lbs. I have no muscle at all and unable to join the gym right now so I’m stuck with home workouts, I’ve tried a few YouTube ab workouts on my bed but struggle to stay consistent.
I’ve recently started taking birth control which has made my stomach balloon up which has made me insecure.
I don’t have a consistent diet, I tend to eat whatever I want which is usually toast in the morning, nothing all day because I forget to eat and then a big meal at night mainly consisting of meat, potatoes and veg.
What can I do to tone up the flabby bits without losing a ton of weight ? Preferably a routine that is easy to maintain
