Confused about lab results

Hey everyone. Have been on start for just over two months. Started with estradiol of 12, and total test of 320.

Dr suggested we try out a round of TRT to see how I feel. TBH I don’t feel much different. Still low mood, libido, and fatigue.

Ran labs Monday and came back with high SHBG at 60. A year ago I was 40.

I assumed my free test would come back low, just got it and it’s actually high free is 156 and total is 977. The blood was drawn the day I was due for a shot but hadn’t taken it yet.

I take every Monday and Thurs night, this was on Monday morning. I have been taking 60mg twice a week.

Can anyone shed any light on the results? I’m still waiting on estradiol

8 week old GSD puppy rapid breathing

This is Kevin. He just came home Saturday. When I got him I noticed he was rapidly breathing. Figured it was heat or stress. It hasn’t stopped. Very fast at night sometimes and even during day when resting. He is eating ok, drinking fine, playing fine, running fine, doing great over all.

Took him to the vet today and they said heart and lungs sound fine, chest xray was normal. Said to monitor the breathing and see how it progresses.

For my own peace of mind have any of you experienced this type of rapid breathing on the puppies. This is my third GSD and I don’t really remember my other being like this.

EDIT: many have asked about the redness between the legs. Look at the beginning of the video, it’s his red stuffed animal the breeder sent home with him. It has the scent of his litter on it
