So I'm over 18 and planning on getting my license soon. I have a car lined up, someone else owns it right now but will transfer the title to me. I'm trying to get insurance quotes, but they keep forcing me to say when I got my license. I don't have it yet. Should I just call and explain the sutuation?

I tried Google Maps and my browser already, I saw the dish thunder tea (lei cha) rice online and want to try it without making it myself, so I was wondering if any places around the area sell it?
