Questions for a first time metro transit user.

I want to take the bus to downtown Saint Paul today. I have never ridden the bus, and I wanna ask some questions to help ease my mind.

  1. 3 different buses depart from the bus stop I'm using. What do I do if the wrong bus approaches? Just wave them off?

  2. I'm now on the bus. Can I pay for my brother who will be with me? Do I just let the driver know?

  3. How do I know when my stop is? Is there a scrolling marquee thing on the ceiling like the trains that tell you what stops are coming up?

  4. And when my stop is coming up, is it like pulling the old-school cord to let the driver know, hey, my stop's coming up, let me off?

I'm nervous, haha

I want a locking mechanism on my storm door. I want to be able to lock it from the outside. I can't afford a new door due to the already absurd amount of house projects I have. Maybe a jimmy proof lock? I thought of a locked hasp, but Idk if they make one where you can lock from the inside also
