Heav’nly Donuts first impressions
Decided to try Heav’nly in the new Shell on Hooksett Road:
BEC bagel sandwich: better than DD, but only because the bagel was much fresher than a DD bagel, the egg and bacon was of similar low quality.
Coffee: about the same as DD, a bit more watered down. I do appreciate being able to get an XL, which was massive lol
Hashbrowns: awful, DD has them easily beat.
Donuts: Way better than DD. Larger, fresher and airier donuts.
My main reason for trying them was because I’m searching for a comparable bagel sandwich to Bagel Cafe that doesn’t cost north of ten dollars. Instead I found myself comparing them to DD lol. If anyone has any recommendations in the Manchester area I’d love to hear them. I know there’s a spot in Nashua but I don’t travel that way often so
