I tried signing up and got blocked due to security reasons.

I emailed and havent heard back in nearly a week.

I called and they said there is no real reason I should be blocked and they will escalate.

I still don't hear from them

I follow up.

It's kind of disheartening because it's not a very good first experience and the service looks very good.
