I'd love to hear feedback as I enjoyed this project a lot and am definitely going to paint a second model for my warband (perhaps lighted from a different direction).
Hell Knights are described in the lore as fallen lesser angels crammed into infernal armor and folded in on themselves to fit. I wanted to show the divine light trapped within an armored prison and the corruption of the angel's halo as they are forced to do abhorrent acts.
Model is the official TC Hell Knight - I carved the STL down to an armature effectively and then glued strips of beaten copper wire as the armor.

I just printed several but they will need to cure for a few days before I can mail them if anyone wants to trade...

Trench Crusade Black Grail palette color test. Tell me what you think. I would especially appreciate feedback on the colors to give me ideas for adjusting before I use this on the warband.

Color palette inspired by Byzantine Iconography. I wanted this character to be a living icon walking across No Man's land with his divine sword.
With this one I was trying to emulate the palette and vibe of a Byzantine Icon...
I really enjoy these older models and trying to make them pop. The fur texture was a bit challenging on this one!
I like this sculpt a lot so I'd love to hear any ideas to improve on what I've done.
