Any food technologist or have experience making gelatin in the cold?

Haha I know gulaman lang to and yet I look for food techs 😅 simple lang naman problema ko.

I know yung asukal yung naging factor bat sya nagsisink sa bottom i.e. density-related. Please help 🛟

CoL for two parents: magkano ba ang average spend ng magasawa monthly?

Here abroad sending money to parents monthly. Can you guys help me understand bakit pa sila nanghihingi ng pasobra?

Sakin, minsan may pa guilt trip pa. So ayun, nasasagot ko sila and tinatry na paintindihin sa kanila na may buhay dn kaming mga anak nilang may asawa. And yet as if isinasantabi nila yung sinasabi naming ganon.

Usual gastos nila are gamot 10k, tubig plus kuryente anywhere from 4-6k. This year lang gumastos kami ng ticket nila from US, insurance at rehistro ng sasakyan, pabirthday nilang dalawa (5k kay papa at 25k kay mama for 70th).

You think maluho lang sila? My sis and I think na 40k (plus yung income pa pala nila sa pa-parking for 4k a month) is too much for the two of them?

I-94 at the border?

I’m European and will cross the border from Canada to the US. I crossed the border last year Canada-USA-Canada by land and applied I-94 online. I remember when I entered the US last year, no biometrics was taken from me but my husband was asked of fingerprint.

My question is, can I request for I-94 at the border? How will the process be different? I will be crossing with two Canadians and will stay in the US for a night if that matters.

File management

iPhone user here. I deleted photos from the stock Photos app and then from the recently deleted folder to save space. However, on opening NoFusion Photo Library, the photos I deleted are still there. I suppose the photos in the NoFusion Photo Library app are not uploaded to iCloud?

Do these files exist in two ‘spaces’ (i.e Photo stock app and No Fusion photo library)? I’m thinking of deleting the ones in the stock Photos app if I can keep the ones in the No Fusion app anyway.

Dublin Airport: Passport card not scanned?

I arrived to Dublin airport yesterday and have used my passport card for border check instead of the usual passport book. In all my travels, I’ve always known that the officers would place either the passport card or the book to their scanners when I present it to them. Yesterday, the officer just looked at the passport card and gave it back to me. Is this really a practice? I’m worried this would cause issues in the future.
