I am looking at buying some Low Recoil rounds for my 1301 Tactical Mod 2. Anybody have any feedback on any specific rounds?

I know that Federal Premium Tactical & Hornady Critical Defense are considered very good rounds. But what about budget rounds like Fiocchi Low Recoil or Noble Sport?

I currently have a VA loan. My question is if you get a VA Interest Rate Reduction Refinance Loan (IRRRL) will it be at a lower interest rate than you currently have or is based on the current VA home loan rate?
