Brothers! How is this heraldry for Lamenters? I've been looking into their heraldry lately... I've scoured the webs for minis and artwork as well as checked wiki for heraldry rules.

I know that the Lamenters are stated as a Codex Compliant chapter. Now, that has seemingly impressed on alot of brothers to use the official codex rank structure or heraldry. I 1st assumed the exact same... However, i read that being codex compliant doesn't precisely mean that chapter will copy n paste the heraldry as the Ultramarines have in their codex. Being codex compliant is a broad prospect and can mean anything from heraldry to tactics to the organization of the chapter or adherance to protocol. Further, i read that it is not stated that the Lamenters use the box standard codex heraldry. It seems beyond the main paint scheme for battle brothers, ranks are left undescribed for how they differ.

I looked at minis & art / what Google says for each rank, and this is what I came up with in game. How'd I do?

How is this for Minotaurs Heraldry?

I've been trying to figure out heraldry for Minotaurs lately in SM2.

Immediately, I disagree with the base paint Saber made. Retributors' color just doesn't fit right in my opinion, Valdor Gold is what I chose.

I've been looking at alot of art / minis and listening to lore videos on YouTube about the Minotaurs. What I finding difficult is establishing a codex or set of heraldry for each rank. I've compiled a set of images using basic armor in game with my ideas for heraldry.

I read on reddit another person said Minotaurs have no established heraldry and thus he makes his own. I went with that liberty but wanted to see if it feels right to you!.
