There's a new store near where I work in Australia that is selling second hand Rolex watches, and they are also asking for other Swiss brands.

So I wandered in to look around with my omiwatari on my wrist.

All of the staff wanted to look at it and were kind of stunned with the dial and the second hand movement, even the polishing.

The manager even went as far as to say that until now they'd thought about also doing Grand Seiko, but now they were definitely going to include the brand. He had a predisposition against GS because they didn't have "heritage" whatever TF that means.

I'm in theory very interested in the new sbgy043 ... But that bracelet appears to be new for the brand?

Is there a Seiko in a different bracket that has the same bracelet that I could try to compare the fit and function?
