I'm working on getting a small local food business off the ground and I'm looking for a licensed commercial kitchen I could rent by the hour or on a small monthly basis to do production. Something shared or commissary style rather than building my own, since I'm just starting out and keeping it small.

Everything I make is sourced from Willamette Valley farms, so I'm trying to keep it as local as possible from the ground up. Any leads or personal experiences would be a huge help. Thanks
