Its been more than a week since my wifi provider has told me they would send a technician over to fix it and at this point Im willing to try anything to help fix it Things to note

• My wifis name does not appear on any devices near it or attached to the ethernet
• the name does appear breifly when restarting but disappears just as fast
• I have tried restrating and unplugging everypart multiple times already
• the way it was set up the antenna cable has a C bend to it
• I have checked the optic cable tip and as far as I can tell its not bent
• The Wan light stays red
