what are some budget mods i can do to make this better

i already bought a new front bumper and right side fender since the bumber was missing and the fender was damaged. There’s hail dents all over the hood so i might replace that. The back bumper is also very dented so will be replacing that. I’m thinking about getting coil-overs off ebay but don’t know. I’m going to wrap it but don’t know where to get cheap and good wrap. Let me know what cheap mods i can do to make this better. I think i need to get fog lights or something like that because my headlights are really bad and only in the middle.

2003 coupe burning oil

Hey guys! I just bought a 2003 2 door accord ex 2.4l 4cyl with 183,000 miles. I got it for about 1600 and the owner told me it burns oils but runs and drives very well.

It’s been completely fine with some freaking noises but the owner said i might have to charge the ac especially because it stopped blowing cold air but that’s common with hondas especially in 90 degree weather by me.

I took it to o riley auto parts to get some new things like a new battery etc. i was talking to the guy about it and he said that i have a leak in my headgasket and that’s why the oil is burning and it’s spitting out over the power steering pump.

Me and my dad bought a leak down test and a compression test. The leak down test showed that everything was normal. When we were doing the compression test we forgot that the wrench was on the bolt that you use to manually turn the engine and after we did the 4th cylinder ( which showed nothing was wrong) we went to the 3rd and the wrench hit something and fell off because we had to turn the engine over. After that the compression test stopped working completely.

Does anyone know why this could be or what other things could cause the creaking/ oil burning? You can only hear the creaking from inside the car.
